Welcome to the Panic and Anxiety Community Support (PACS) handbook. My name is Jeff Baskin and I am one of the founders of PACS (Panic and Anxiety Community Support) and have also had my own panic and anxiety issues for the last 20 years. I created PACS as a community and source of information for people who are affected by panic and anxiety disorders. I was diagnosed with panic disorder, hypochondria, and OCD and have been dealing with these issues in different levels of severity over the years. There are good days and bad days. I created PACS as a way of providing support to those who are struggling with these issues like me. I know what it feels like to have no one in your life that understands what you are going through. The motto we have at PACS is β€œTogether We Heal” so keep fighting the good fight and getting better every day and know you are never alone.
