The Worry Jar

Worry Jar Tool

A jar to symbolically put away your worries & concerns & close the lid.
  1. Get a jar & some small pieces of paper.
  2. When you have a worry, fear, concern, or anxious tought: jot it down & pop
    it in your worry jar.
  3. The jar will hold your worry so your mind doesn't have to.
  4. When the jar is full: drop in a lit match, the worries will burn - you can pop
    the lid on to stop the flames, leave the ashes & go back to step one.
